Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Earrings and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are final sale unless faulty.

How to return

Email hello@rhysvanne.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
